Just under four-fifths Sangiovese is joined by 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc – one might almost disparagingly call it „Chianti with a modern twist.? But what a twist it is! Black cherries, plums, blueberries, and blackcurrants form a juicy, seductive fruit triad, interwoven with an almost uncountable array of spicy and herbal notes.
