The sister vineyard of Lafite Rothschild proves in this vintage just how close the wine has come to its big brother. The vineyards are located in the immediate vicinity of Lafite and Mouton Rothschild. A wine with astonishing depth. Complex aromas of rather dark fruits and a fine sweetness greet you in the nose and on the palate. Incidentally, Duhart (not only in this vintage) is far better than Carruades de Lafite and is increasingly making its mark in the Lafite universe. A real insider tip in this vintage!
