Immediately after harvesting, the fresh petals are soaked in neutral alcohol for a week.They are then slowly reduced by adding syrup made from fair-trade cane sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.FAIR Elterflower Liqueur is perfect for mixing. It is characterized by its low sugar content and pleasant sweetness.
