More information about Gherkins Gose Collaboration Brew with Hopfmeister: Our summery, fresh Gurken-Gose combines the art of home brewing with the spirit of the American craft beer movement.Gose is a rediscovered German sour beer style traditionally brewed with salt, coriander and lactic acid. „What goes better with this than salad?“, we thought to ourselves and found what we were looking for at a cucumber farmer in Franconia. However, we had to flee to the Czech Republic to brew it, as we are not allowed to brew this beer specialty at home.The new edition of our Gurken Gose is currently only available in a limited bottling and has become even more gurkier than the first brew. Easier to drink and simply mega-refreshing.
