More information about Marge’s blackberry jelly My favorite is blackberry jelly. The pleasantly sweet and sour fruits of the blackberry bush can be found everywhere in late summer. You have to be a little careful when picking them so that you don’t injure yourself on the thorns. It’s worth the effort! I make the juice for my blackberry jelly myself by steam juicing. That way I can be sure that I only use the pure, unsweetened juice of the berry. My whole manufactory then smells of blackberries. With vanilla, the taste is perfect. The tasteJellies are delicate and clear: jellies are the princesses of fruit spreads. Ripe blackberries exude a typical scent of forest aromas and taste a little like cherries. The jelly is made exclusively from juice, so there are no pieces of blackberry in it. A real treat!Served:The delicious blackberry jelly made from pure fruit is perfect as a breakfast jam or to refine desserts. My family and I like blackberry jelly best on hearty brown bread.
