They are often bordered by dry stone walls that delimit the plots and make it possible to pile up the stones that have been removed from the vineyards.“Two noses for wine discovered the red wine appellation Terrasses du Larzac many years ago with this wine. The cuvée of Syrah (25%), Cinsault (25%), Mourvèdre (20%), Grenache (20%) and Carignan (10%) presents itself on the nose with a complex of mocha, cedar and sweet spices.This is accompanied by fresh notes of thyme, white pepper and blackcurrant. On the palate, this cuvée is fleshy, with candied, fruity and spicy notes.
