This Nebbiolo comes from the estate’s home vineyard directly at Bricco Botti. The soils here are medium-textured with limestone and clay content. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak casks. The 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo Botti is a beautiful, elegant wine that combines notes of violets with raspberries and blueberries, cinnamon and orange peel, leather, dried strawberries, cherries, and cherry pits. On the palate, this Nebbiolo is finely crafted: resolute, intense, and powerful, yet noble and juicy.
