The grapes from Franschhoek lend tropical fruit notes of blackcurrant and refreshing lime, while the grapes from the Walker Bay region provide a complex minerality and balanced acidity. These components create a great taste experience and make the wine beautifully full-bodied. The Sauvignon Blanc was refined with a small amount of Sémillon (5%) and matured for eight months in oak.
