It offers classic Cabernet notes of green tobacco, cassis, violets, stone, graphite, and cedar, with impressive depth, structure, and precise acidity. There is a sense of chalky minerality and a silky mouthfeel that only fully reveals itself with ample air in decanter and glass. A truly great Napa Cabernet in the making – still evolving.
