More information about Springfield The Work of Time 2018 Springfield The Work of Time is a complex red wine cuvée made from Cabernet Franc (42%), Merlot (28%), Cabernet Sauvignon (19%) and Petit Verdot (11%), whose name says it all: the red wine is first aged for two years in oak and then for a further four years in the bottle. The result is a multi-layered, rich and classic red wine that makes every connoisseur’s heart beat faster. Springfield The Work of Time is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to a nice steak or curry.
