On the palate, the fresh and juicy fruit notes are surrounded by a hint of sweet spices and the tannins give the cuvée of Cinsault (40%), Syrah (35%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) a soft finish. The red wine matured for eighteen months in French oak and is a wonderful accompaniment to spicy or dark meat.
