This time we paired our favorite Citra with the German Mandarina Bavaria.We used mandarina shyly a few weeks ago in Promyczek and it turned out unexpectedly well: citrus with an indication of lemon. To be honest, it turned out better than we expected. Therefore, we decided to give it a chance in larger quantities, letting go accompanied by a safety valve, i.e. the most stable Citra.The result is a cloudy, fruity IPA. We have an uncharted future ahead of us and so many questions. Will Mandarina Bavaria show its claw again? Will Citra show her colleague a place in the line?
