More information about Vilafonté Series M 2021 The Vilafonté Series M flows into the glass in a dark black-violet color and immediately impresses with its richness of facets. Spicy notes and aromas of sweet baking spices are accompanied by jasmine and pronounced fruity nuances. Tones of blackberries, ripe mulberries and redcurrants are particularly present. Hints of star anise and tangerine peel add the finishing touches to the bouquet. The cuvée of Merlot (41%), Malbec (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%) and Cabernet Franc (7%) lingers long and soft on the palate and delights with its incredibly good structure. The spicy and fruity aromas are accompanied by a mineral note. Enjoy this characterful red wine, which has matured for 22 months in barriques, with spicy, dark meat or game. As only 78 barrels of the Vilafonté Series M were produced, you should definitely enjoy it on its own.
