The RAW series stands for wild, only slightly tamed beauties. This Gewürztraminer has 12% alcohol by volume and 1.1 g residual sugar. Pressed after extended maceration, spontaneously fermented, and aged in large wooden barrels. Aromas of roses, nutmeg, kumquat, limequat, pineapple, and mango. Tight, mineral, and elegant on the palate with medium body and white fruit. Lots of nutmeg, rose, and clove on the finish. Ideal with curry or red smear cheese.
