Beschreibung
The Ried Höhlgraben vineyard is located between Steinbühel and Gottschelle on weathered stone and gravel soils and deposits from the early Urdonau river. The Malat family has been cultivating this site since 1722. The wine, aged in large wooden barrels, is a classic of the house: an elegant, tightly knit Grüner Veltliner with minerality. Aromas of mango, apple, tangerine, melon, herbs, and stone. Tight on the palate, complex, salty, and carried by a long acidity.
