More information about Xifleta Vermut A Spanish vacation in a glass – that’s the Xifleta Vermut (although it comes from Munich and pays homage to the Catalan capital). The base wine is a blend of some of the region’s most important grapes: acidic Xarel-lo and late-ripening Parellada. The botanicals that are revealed include rosemary, oregano, thyme, wormwood and gentian. A really successful and well-rounded vermouth with a pleasant balance of sweet and tart. Werecommend We now have a cure for wanderlust. Drink this vermouth classically on ice with an orange zest and a slightly more modern interpretation with a sprig of rosemary.
