More information about 2019 Cavalcade Cellar master Pierre Lemoine matured this wine for around 1 year in stainless steel tanks without the influence of wood in order to preserve its incredible fruitiness.Beguiling notes of wild berries, cherry and black and red currants pour from the glass. On the palate, the „Cavalcade“ is smooth and soft with juicy fruit and subtle herbal notes of thyme and rosemary. It has a beautiful freshness and great length on the palate and shows exciting minerality.
