More information about 2021 Chavalote Organic Winemaker Gonzalo Medina selected only the best Tempranillo & Garnacha grapes from the estate for this wine, which thrive on sandy soils on the Finca el Renegado. The main aim was to produce a fresh and fruity red wine – which is why the wine was matured exclusively in stainless steel without any contact with wood.The result is a real fruit bomb: the nose is dominated by red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and red cherries. On the palate, the Chavalote is very harmonious and balanced, yet lively and fresh with notes of blackberries, plum jam and a little liquorice.
