Spicy notes, some cocoa and cherry jam develop in the mouth. It is very round and velvety, well structured with a fruity finish. The grapes grow at an altitude of 800 meters to benefit from the coolness, they are harvested by hand in small vats and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, very little wood is used to preserve the beautiful fruit.Nemea in Peloponnese, near the city of Corinth, is one of the most up-and-coming regions in the country. Here, the Agiorgitiko grape is cultivated on deep red marl soils and, with low yields, amazing reds with intensity and fruit are produced, especially on higher vineyards (700 – 800 m).
