More information about Alto Estate Red Blend 2022 The Alto Estate Blend presents itself in a very dark shade of red and delights on the nose with seductive aromas of fynbos, oak and a subtle salty, maritime note, accompanied by a hint of blackcurrant. „The aromas of blackcurrant continue on the palate, accompanied by nuances of plum, dried fig and a hint of tobacco. The tannins are noticeable and complex, giving the wine its impressive structure. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Shiraz (30%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) is an excellent accompaniment to smoked dark meat, beef fillet, mature cheese and rich poultry dishes. It is also an excellent choice with Spanish or Italian dishes.
