The bouquet reveals pleasant notes of raspberries and strawberries, while pepper provides a spicy component. On the palate, this traditionally produced sparkling wine delights with a lively perlage, crisp acidity and wonderful aromas of red fruit. Cookie and yeast notes, which the cuvée of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) owes to the second fermentation in the bottle, give the well-structured Cap Classique a rich and creamy mouthfeel that lingers for a long time. After fermentation, the Anthonij Rupert L‘ Ormarins Brut Classique Rosé matures in the bottle for a further two to four years.
