The name Bandung is an ode to the city of Bandung on the island of Java, which was known as the „Paris of Java“ in the 1920s.Pandan is the leaf from the screw palm. Pandan leaves, also known as „Asian vanilla“, form the flavor base of Bandoeng’22, which is refined with a selection of Asian herbs and spices.
