Beschreibung
Clear and transparent. Finely spicy aromaticity of freshly baked dark bread in the nose. Aromas of caraway, coriander, fennel and walnut. Quite spicy on the palate with toasty notes of anise and coriander, scents of dark bread complex and multi-layered. Soft in the finish, harmonious and mild.
Bread Spirit black is produced from dark bread, day-old bread from an organic bakery in Bavaria. The bread is delivered to us and processed to mash, after which, the mash is gently distilled.
Serving recommendation
Our Bread Spirit is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
