Beschreibung
Carruades is a second wine at Premier Cru level. On the nose, cassis, violets, cedar wood, pencil and a hint of graphite. Finely structured on the palate, silky, carried by fresh, precise acidity; the tannins are ripe and polished, the finish long, cool and noble. Already charming now and significantly more complex with aeration. A classic Pauillac of impressive purity and precision, often referred to as „Baby‘ Lafite, it shows a lot of character and nobility.
