A Saint-Julien with finesse and agility that lives up to its reputation as a bourgeois cru. The bouquet offers ripe cherry, cassis, tobacco, aniseed, laurel and subtle graphite notes. Elegant on the palate, medium-bodied, with ripe fruit, fresh acidity and silky tannins. A balanced, charmingly mature Bordeaux, not intellectual or complex but with wonderful clarity, typicity and drinkability.
