More information about Coffee India Monsooned Malabar AA India Monsooned Malabar – 100% Arabica.A beautiful story and a wonderful coffee: Originally, the coffee was transported to the consumer countries on sailing boats and was exposed to the weather quite unprotected. The humid monsoon climate, the heavy rainfall and the temperature differences between the country of origin and Europe changed the coffee’s smell and taste, size and color. This weather-related change found its fans in Europe and is still „artificially“ recreated today.Our medium-bodied roast gives the Indian Arabica beans a pleasant taste of dark chocolate with a slight hint of tobacco. The coffee has a medium body and relatively little acidity.
