More information about Dollerup forest berry brandy Around 100 kg of fully ripe blueberries (80 %), raspberries (15 %) and blackberries (5 %) are needed to produce around 80 liters of ready-to-drink spirit of this quality. The fruit is soaked in highly purified alcohol. The aroma is extracted from the fruit in 48 – 72 hours before the macerate is distilled in the still.
