Crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc from the Lake Balaton. Fermented 85% in steel tanks to retain the fruitiness of the grape variety, and 15% in concrete Speidel eggs to give the wine a bit of added complexity. Typical Sauvignon Blanc notes of fresh cut grass, elderflower and gooeseberries, with a firm and elegant structure and vivid style.
