This Imperial IPA has a unique yeast and hop profile made using a new liquid form of thiol compound boosting Phantasm. Thiols in beers give big notes of passion fruit and other tropical fruits that melds well with the delicious hops we picked from Freestyle: Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. (7.9%)
