More information about Marder apricot brandy We collect the fruit ourselves from South Tyrol, namely genuine Vinschgau apricots. Apricots are difficult to process because they do not ripen. This means that they have to hang on the tree until they are fully ripe, otherwise they have very little flavor. If they are overripe, however, they spoil quickly and turn vinegary. Of course, you need absolutely reliable partners who are on site and reserve the best fruit. Once fermentation is complete, the stones are sieved off and the mash is distilled immediately. As a result, we have always been at the top of the awards so far. The apricot brandy has a delicate, dense, jammy fruit.
