Very creamy and vanilla-like.The alcohol content is 11% alcohol by volume, which is why we are not allowed to call this product a liqueur.As a topping on our red fruit jelly or a scoop of chocolate ice cream, a delicious cake ingredient or as a dessert – HALLÖCHEN always works.My grandmother always had a bottle in the fridge. You never know.
