The aroma is dominated by intense chocolate notes complemented by the aroma of maple syrup and vanilla. A year’s aging in a barrel of Heaven Hill Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey enriched the beer with the aroma of vanilla and caramel. The taste is dominated by a pleasant chocolate sweetness with a slight bitterness at the finish.
