Pastry Sour IPA with the addition of Polish blackberry and cherry. A distinctive combination of sweet and sour flavors. The acidity, which is intensified by pureed blackberry fruits, is countered by the sweetness coming from lactose and sweet cherries. The aroma is dominated by notes of red fruit. Feeling smooth, with a beautiful ruby color and low bitterness.RECOMMENDED for: fish, cheese, desserts
