More information about ORANGE, BITTERS, WINE 969 Franck Audoux, owner of the Cravan bar in Paris, is a cocktail archaeologist and author. His field of research: the intense interaction between the artistic avant-garde and modern bar culture in Paris in the 1920s and 1930s. Inspired by this research, he created an aperitif with orange notes and bitter aromas.Alexandra Schmedes, an organic winegrower from near Toledo, supplied the red wine. Gerald Schroff, a liqueur expert from Berlin, helped develop the recipe.
