More information about Organic blackcurrant liqueur The blackcurrants from Mönchpfiffel Monastery form the basis of the blackcurrant liqueur. After maturing in tanks for several months, it was flavored with fine raw cane sugar. The result is a very fruity and slightly tart liqueur that is also somewhat reminiscent of red berries.
