They are characterized by their dark brown color, their delicate fruity aroma and their slightly bitter but spicy taste.Our Kalamata olives in their original form are juicy and firm to the bite, fine and fresh in taste with a slight bitter note. They are traditionally preserved in a comparatively small amount of salt and only a little citric acid. We like to serve them with a little agoureleo and oregano.Our Kalamata olives are harvested by hand in November and processed on the same day.
