There is a hint of flint on the finish. Fresh, full of finesse and with a long finish.About the winery:Adèle Rouzé founded her own winery in 2003, working with her brother, an oenologist, who is also a winemaker like Adèle. The estate currently comprises 12 hectares of Sauvignon vines on sand and gravel soils, which rest on a clay subsoil. The vines are cultivated according to a sustainable viticulture concept that respects the environment and protects the flora and fauna.The estate is a member of the Vignerons Indépendants de France winegrowers‘ association. Quincy is the first wine-growing area in the Centre-Loire region of France to receive the famous Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée in 1936.
