The estate currently comprises 12 hectares of Sauvignon vines on sand and gravel soils, which rest on a clay subsoil. The vines are cultivated according to a sustainable viticulture concept that respects the environment and protects the flora and fauna.The estate is a member of the Vignerons Indépendants de France winegrowers‘ association. Quincy is the first wine-growing area in the Centre-Loire region of France to receive the famous Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée in 1936.
