More information about Rose Valley Absinthe The herbs for our absinthe come from our own herb garden and are macerated in a gentle cold extract according to an old original recipe from a recipe booklet for spirits. This creates a particularly fine absinthe with dominant wormwood, fennel and aniseed notes and a hint of peppermint.Aroma: Dominant wormwood, fennel and aniseed notes with a hint of peppermintProcessing: Herbs are macerated in a gentle cold extract, with carefully finely distilled neutral alcohol beforehand. The macerate is given plenty of time.Additives/allergens: No artificial colorings: the distillate gets its color, pure chlorophyll, from the infusion of fresh mint.Production process:Gentle distillation, with additional fresh herbs during distillation in the aroma basketAlcohol content: 57 % vol.
