The apples come from our own harvest from one of the oldest fruit-growing regions in Germany. The combination of three different apple varieties, ripened on the tree and harvested at the optimum time determined by the master distiller, is what makes Schwechow apple brandy so special.Our fruit brandies undergo a gentle, intensive maceration process during the distillation cycle.
