More information about Sofia tis Fisis 3 Pepper Cardamom Vinegar The basis for this vinegar are ripe, hand-picked grapes of the famous Greek grape variety Agiorgitiko, from which are pressed wine according to the traditional methods. The grapes are cultivated exclusively within the protected region of Nemea, where the Nemea PDO wine is produced.During the vinification process, the temperature is systematically measured. No sulfites or other additives are used in any production step, producing a wine with intense aromas of fruits and spices and a distinctive ruby red color. This is followed by acidification with controlled addition of oxygen.The result is a vinegar with a varied and full aroma. Finally, the vinegar is refined with whole cardamom pods and a mixture of 3 peppers (red, white and black). Ideal for salads with an exotic touch.This product has been produced from organic farming in accordance with EU Regulation 834/2007 and, of course, without flavor enhancers and preservatives. The vinegar is packed in a glass bottle with a practical spout for drip-free pouring at the table.Certified by GR-BIO-01.Tasting notes: Ruby red color with brown tones, clear aromas of cardamom and red fruits.
