In this version you will find tangerines and fruits less popular in Europe – pink guava and pitaya. The taste of the beer is clearly sour, very fruity and juicy. Aromas of citrus, mandarins and tropical fruits dominate.Cathrina Sour has been acidified in a classic way – by fermentation with Lactobacillus bacteria, which complements the whole thing with a light, yoghurty note.It is the perfect acidic for warm days and for those who are looking for exoticism in glass.
