THREE BUDDIES OF HAZY RYE MICRO IPA – OUR NEW IPA HAZY IPA is a beer with a juicy and “fluffy” character, thanks to fermentation using a yeast strain that gives it this property. It is a session beer with a low alcohol level, only 3.3% ABV, which allows you to enjoy it for a long time without excessive feeling of strain. Despite the low initial extract, it is not a beer with a thin consistency, because we added a lot of rye malt to the backfill. Rye malt gives beer a feeling of fullness without sticking, which sometimes occurs with caramel malts. At ONINNI we prefer rye over caramels.In the hopping process we used Amarillo and Simcoe, two classics of the beer revolution. This fantastic blend of hops provides citrus, floral, resinous and pine aromas that complement each other wonderfully. We hopped quite high to get a distinct bitterness, but we also focused on adding a lot of hops to get the intense aromas that are characteristic of the IPA style.Hazy Rye Micro IPA is an excellent beer for lovers of light and flavorful IPA, who appreciate juiciness, expressive hop aromas and session character.
