Vegan-friendly, with no added sugar.Our non-alcoholic sparkling is made from Merlot grapes and carefully fermented with the skins. It has a deep, ruby red color. Its bouquet offers elegant notes of cherry and vanilla, while on the palate there are more vibrant forest fruits and red currants, offering a rich and refined experience. It has delicate bubbles that help to accentuate the flavors and create a round mouthfeel.Grapes: Merlot. Grown and crushed in Emilia-Romagna.Goes well with: Spicy food, pork, beef and hearty stews.
