From Antinori’s Maremma estate Le Mortelle, this wine is vinified in stainless steel and matured in barriques, made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Cabernet Franc. Full of blue and black fruits, with notes of garrigue and macchia, chocolate, oak, cinnamon, blood orange, and violets. On the palate, „Botrosecco? is round and ripe, juicy yet fresh and precise thanks to clear acidity, finishing firmly.
