For many, the wine of the vintage. It was a real experience to taste this wine. Extremely precise with an impressive balance. All the components interlock perfectly. Slightly less concentrated than last year and lighter in color, but with a fine acid structure and the typical Lafite elegance. A great example of the proverbial Bordeaux finesse! 97-99 WA
