Beschreibung
Lots of citrus fruit (citrus, mandarin, grapefruit, yuzu, lime) and cassis characterise the aromas of the Ehrenhausen local wine, which is characterised by its chalky soil. Yellow apple, some honeydew melon and orange blossom are also present. A taut, mineral Sauvignon Blanc of a class that some estates would be happy to have vinified from their single vineyards matures over 18 months in large oak barrels.
