This stuck in time follow up to Cold Feet brewed at Monkish is our version of the delicious British classic the ESB or Extra Special Bitter. This classic with a malty and hoppy profile that is in perfect balance is hopped with Nugget and Cascade hops for a slightly more modern(more modern than most traditional ESB hops!) hop profile.(5.5%)
