More information about Fürst Carl Non-Alcoholic The non-alcoholic beer from the Schlossbrauerei Ellingen brewery is a real specialty among low-alcohol beers. The pale beer is brewed in the Pilsner style and contains the fine Ellingen hops, which are grown in the immediate vicinity of the brewery. The Franconian hops give the beer a wonderful tartness and a delicate fruitiness that conjures up freshness and elegance in the beer. However, the special feature of Fürst Carl’s non-alcoholic beer is the dry hopping: the pale beer is hopped with the aromatic Gold hop variety. This hop also comes from Ellingen and provides an additional hop kick. After the brewing process, the alcohol is removed from the beer in a gentle process. The result is a delicately bitter beer with a harmonious range of aromas and a light body. The pale beer flows into the glass in a shiny gold color and is adorned with a stable crown of white foam. The clear beer smells of floral hops, caramel and honey bread with butter. The first sip reveals a light-footed character with a fizzy mouthfeel and mild carbon dioxide. The malt dominates the first sips with the taste of oven-fresh bread, roasted grain, spicy honey, soft caramel and strong yeast. The hops join in over the course of the drinking experience and deliver harmonious notes of tangy citrus fruits and a crisp bitterness.
