Similar to Broccoli we are being forced to kill off Florets as well. This is beer has always been heavily Mosaic with the usual Broccoli dry hops for support but like Broccoli we are swapping out the Cascade and Blanc for Strata and Nelson. We had planned to swap these hops in the future so doing it for this last batch seemed appropriate. We also hopped this with some Nelson and Strata CGX. RIP Florets (6.5%)
