Lightly sweetened with raw cane sugar and self-swelling thanks to corn starch. The chocolatey aroma is provided by 50% cocoa, a lightly de-oiled Criollo fine flavor cocoa from Atalaya in Peru. The taste is rounded off with a pinch of sea salt. The raw materials are fairly traded from organic cooperatives in South America.Preparation in 200ml: Stir 4-5 teaspoons of powdered drink into 80ml of hot liquid with a whisk or spoon until creamy.
